if you look into a microscope and see into the cells, you will notice constant and consistent flow or an electro transport chain. once the proper deposits are sent into the nucleus it can proceed with its evolution. If the count is 1 needed 1 is sent. If the production of 1 needed deposit is not sent it interrupts the communication to the brain slowing down the process causing disease in the nervous system.
